Manage Survey Types SOP

 

PURPOSE:

The Survey Type Setup Screen is a bulk-entry screen comprised of a survey type code, description, and active yes/no flag.

Although the survey type code is not a required element of the Survey Definition Screen, it does provide a mechanism for identifying different types of surveys based on customer needs.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

1. Navigate to the System Administration module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the System Administration screen and click the link to Survey Types.  
3. Click New to add survey types.  
4. Enter survey type, description and set active to Yes.

 

5. Click Save to save the Survey Type.

 

 

 


 

ROLES USED:

 

  1. System Administrator:

System Administrator is responsible for configuring and managing Surveys Types.
