Configure Email SOP

 

PURPOSE:

The Email Configuration screen defines server connection information for automatically receiving email messages using AiM features, such as status notification and surveys.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

1. Navigate to the System Administration module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the System Administration screen and click the link to Email Configuration.  
3. Verify/ update the current configuration: Active, Mail Type, Debug, Password blocks.  

 

4. Click Save to save the record.  

 


 

ROLES USED:

 

  1. System Administrator:

System Administrator is responsible for configuring and managing AiM Email function.
