Managing Service Contract Change Order

PURPOSE:

Service Contract Change Orders are intergrated from HuskyBuy.  A revision to a HuskyBuy PO that is a blanket order that already exists in AIM as a Service Contract creates a Service Contract Change Order.  The Service Contract Change Order will reflect changes in start and end dates and dollar amounts which can be both positive and negative.
