Current Work – Fixed Price Billing from Estimates – Billing Configuration

If there is no Fixed Price Billing Method one needs to be created in FAMIS Xi Administration:

 

Navigate to the Billing Method image001
Select the Billing Method Form and click the New Button image003
Create the Fixed Price billing method by completing the form as shown

  • The Active Box needs to be checked
  • The Effective date should be set to today’s date
  • All Billing Codes are set to Estimate
  • All Markup %’s are set to “0”

When complete, click the Save Button
