Configure FAMIS Proper – Production – Authorizing Groups – Other Roles

  1. Contact Distributed IT to request user account creation
  2. Upon confirmation of account creation, Log-in to https://fp01.accruentondemand.com/storprd/FAMIS.asp
  3. Choose any admin of Maintenance Management Admin, Space Management Admin or Capital Project Administration which has configuration folder.

  4. Click Configuration —> Security —> Security Configuration to reach the Security Formconfigure roles - Security Configuration
  5. Access the Users Tab on the Security Form and locate the new user

  6. When the proper user name is highlighted in yellow click the Assigned Groups…button
  7. On the Authorized Groups Form add appropriate group name and then click the OK button.

  9. Notify new user that they can test access to https://fp01.accruentondemand.com/storprd/FAMIS.asp
