- Contact Distributed IT to request user account creation
- Upon confirmation of account creation, Log-in to https://fp01.accruentondemand.com/storprd/FAMIS.asp
- Choose any admin of Maintenance Management Admin, Space Management Admin or Capital Project Administration which has configuration folder.
- Click Configuration —> Security —> Security Configuration to reach the Security Form
- Access the Users Tab on the Security Form and locate the new user
- When the proper user name is highlighted in yellow click the Assigned Groups…button
- On the Authorized Groups Form add appropriate group name and then click the OK button.
