Configure Maintenance Project Note Types

 

PURPOSE:

The Maintenance Project Notes track UConn specific data elements when there can be more than one value for a particular element at any given time.  Different types are used to facilitate reporting.

BACKGROUND:

All Notes types for Maintenance Projects are located in the ae_j_prj_e_notes table found in the Note Type Setup in the System Administration Module

ROLES USED:

 

The System Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the Project Management module its configuration and functionality.
