Configuring Leave Codes

 

 

PURPOSE:

Part of the Time and Attendance module configuration; only 1 Leave Code will be used at the current time:  Leave

 

PROCEDURE:

 

1. Navigate to the Time and Attendance module on the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Time and Attendance screen and click the link to Leave Code.
3. Click New to create a new Leave Code.
4. On this screen, enter the following information:

 

  • a. Enter Leave Code Name
  • b. Enter Leave Code Description
  • c. Set Active to Yes
  • d. Set Start/Stop to Yes
  • e. Set Validate Balance to Modal Message

 

5. Click Load to load Leave Classes.

 
6. Select Leave Class and click Done to return to previous screen.
7. Click Save to save Leave Code.
Leave Code displays on screen: Leave.

System Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the Time and Attendance module its configuration and functionality.
